One year ago FC Bayern Munich opened its New York office and set about building the brand throughout the U.S. Part of the growth strategy was to help nurture the development of official supporters groups. Today the German champions announced that that they are seeing success with this strategy – with 80 officially registered fan groups (up from 8) across 32 states. Expect this number to continue to grow when the Bundesliga makes it debut in FOX this Fall.
