“Young and old – soccer unites us.”
The latest sponsorship deal for the LA Galaxy has them partnering with non-profit organization AARP as an Official Community Partner. As part of the deal, the Galaxy and AARP will be teaming up my many community programs throughout the Los Angeles area under a joint campaign called ‘The Game Unites Us.’
One of the key components of the program is a giveaway opportunity to attend LA Galaxy fantasy training camp featuring soccer training sessions with former players and current coaching staff. The camp also includes changing room and training facility access at StubHub Center, and lunch with current players.
Soccer is a built around community and we love to see these type of community initiatives from MLS clubs. They’re an important part of building and connecting with current and potential fans, both young and old.
